  • No medical questions nor doctor exam nor para medical exam 
  • Can be used to address the liabiliby inherent to a buy/sell agreement within a multiple owner business or a professional corporation
  • Available to employees thru age 70 without age reductions
  • Since this is a 10 year level premium plan, if the employees leaves the employer,  the life insurance can be continued by the employee when he/she leaves the company at no increase  in premium  for the duration of the 10 year term 
  • Acceptance is subject to certain "actively at work " requiements
  • The Beneficary can be: 100% to the Employer or 100% to the Employee's named benefcary or shared between the Employee and the Employer
  • The cost is comperable to group term insurance for similar amounts of insurance coverage
